AIC Bridge is a ready-to-use controller box that pulls data from machines, sensors, solar inverters and farm equipment, old or new, any brand, into one dashboard with LINE alerts, without modifying your existing PLC program.
Different brands speak different languages, old machines have no data port, and every new system comes with its own separate app.
Output, downtime and energy are written down by hand and typed in again later. By the time you see a problem, days have passed.
Machines, inverters and pumps each have their own vendor system. Nowhere shows you the full picture.
No early warning. Every breakdown costs output, emergency repairs and customer trust.
AIC Bridge uses the best method for each machine. New machines are read from the controller; old machines with nothing to connect to are measured through electrical current and sensors.
Works on your local plant network without internet Β· Cloud service is optional
Same core hardware. Each edition comes with the apps, accessories and guide for its job already set up.

We have been programming PLCs, designing safety systems and building control panels for leading manufacturers since 2014. We know how hard real sites are, and what data factories actually need.
That is why AIC Bridge is designed not to disturb existing systems, works with old and new machines, and is backed by our engineering team in Thailand.
Sign up for early access. Your answers help us decide which edition to build first and which features to include.
The A.I.C. team will contact you when the first batch opens, or sooner if you would like to join a pilot.
No. AIC Bridge is read-only by default. If a machine does not allow data access, it can measure electrical current or use separate sensors without touching the existing control system.
Yes. Clamp a CT on the power cable to get machine status and cycles, or take the signal from the status light, and add analog sensors for values such as pressure or temperature.
No. The box has a built-in dashboard you can use on your local network. The optional cloud service adds remote mobile access, LINE alerts and multi-site views.
It is designed for self-install with an illustrated guide, but work inside electrical panels should be done by a licensed electrician. A.I.C. and our partners can install it for you.
Most devices that support Modbus or OPC UA connect right away, and we are adding ready-made templates for popular models. Tell us your brands and models in the form and we will prioritize them.
No. Reserving is free with no commitment. When the first batch goes on sale, reservation holders get the special price first.
